I already have a will — or a living trust. Do I still need this?
Probably, and here's the uncomfortable truth: a will is not a plan. A will still goes through probate, and even a living trust is often set up in a way that leaves you exposed on public record. If what you have is solid, you'll leave knowing it. If it isn't, you'll leave knowing that too — before it costs your family.
I don't have a lot yet. Is this really for me?
